Reporting a battle problem?
The most helpful report includes the challenge date, Easy / Hard / Emulator mode, daily or practice play, the Pokémon and moves involved, and what happened just before the problem. Add your device and browser if the issue is visual, audio-related or affects performance.
For an Easy / Hard battle, use the in-game feedback form and optionally select Include battle details. You can preview the attachment before sending. That gives us the team and action sequence needed to try reproducing your report.
